Woodland Hills has been a labour of love since 2018. Katherine was born and raised in the Saint John area and has spent years building this property into something guests genuinely fall in love with — driven by a passion for alternative living, tiny homes, and the belief that simpler spaces make for richer experiences.
Every detail on the property — the hand-built bridge, the cocoon swing above the brook, the trail map drawn by hand — reflects care that guests feel the moment they arrive. Booking and cancellation
Payment schedule
For stays booked more than 30 days before check-in, 50% is due at booking and the remaining 50% is due at least 30 days before check-in. For stays booked within 30 days of check-in, 100% is due at booking.
Cancellation policy
More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund.
30 to 15 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before check-in: no refund.
Pet policy
Pets are welcome. A $50 pet fee applies per pet for the full stay.
